What is AdBlue?
AdBlue technology is used to reduce the percentage of NOx (nitrogen oxide) gases found in the vehicles emissions.
How long will AdBlue last?
AdBlue should really last between Service intervals, between 10k-15k miles, however your AdBlue consumption maybe higher depending on driving conditions, different driving styles and journey types.
If the amount of AdBlue in your Mercedes reaches the minimal level before your next Service, you will receive a warning message on your instrument cluster. Simply, give us a call on 0115 970 6600 or drop in at MB Nottingham where we will happily top up your AdBlue.*
How will I know when I need to fill up on AdBlue?
You will know when to refill your AdBlue as you will get a warning flash up on your dashboard.
It is important to keep your AdBlue levels topped up as if your AdBlue level reaches zero, your Mercedes will not start.
Here at MB Nottingham, you will be happy to know we keep stock of the Genuine Mercedes AdBlue. You can collect the AdBlue from our parts department and top it up yourself, or you can leave it for us to do. You do not need to book an appointment but can wait in our relaxing lounge area while we do it for you.
