I just wanted to drop you a line to say thank you very much for the fantastic service I received from MB Nottingham today – you were prompt efficient and I actually felt you cared about the service you were giving, this is something that Mercedes Benz of Nottingham lack they have a rude receptionist and they treat you as an inconvenience unless you are filling in one of their many customer service questionnaires.

I was out when my car was returned but everything was delivered safely and the car was returned nice and clean.
